OilPro is a
trusted name in new and used production equipment. Products carried in
inventory are; pumpjacks, treaters, separators, lineheaters,
dehydrators, free water knockouts, tanks and other assorted gas and oil
treating equipment.
Any
Budget, Any Time.
OilPro’s
strength lies in their ability to fit any budget any
time. They achieve this two ways: One is by stocking a broad selection
of popular sizes of production equipment. The other forte is
strategically building up inventories with OilPro’s suppliers of
new and remanufactured products.
OilPro
strives to be an engineer’s first, and often is the last call,
when production equipment is needed. For example, one phone call
locates most choices in used oil treaters. OilPro keeps a variety of
treaters on hand in various conditions. If a production engineer is
looking for a 6’ diameter treater to clean up his emulsion at a
location where custom treating is no longer economical, he should phone
OilPro. OilPro offers choices between a good field-run unit, a
reconditioned unit from their Airdrie facility, or a new Sivalls
treater. The new Sivalls treaters are designed in such a way that they
have a broad application range. This offers the producer a number of
advantages. One is the fact that such a unit is in stock, rather than
available on a 6 or 8 week lead time. Second, is the advantage that
such a unit comes with a performance guarantee right from the factory.
Third is the knowledge that such a treater can be re-used elsewhere
after its current usefulness passes. The Sivalls team will be ready to
help the engineer design a new battery around his Sivalls
treater’s second and often third useful life elsewhere. If you
need production equipment, let OilPro treat you right.

The true
challenge when stocking new equipment lies in keeping designs such that
they can be dressed to fit demanding applications as well as the lower
dollar, straight forward uses. Incorporating this philosophy allows an
engineering firm to pick up a standard package and dress it up for a
sour service application, but also allows a small producer to buy an
off-the-rack standard unit for a sweet crude treating facility and put
it to use almost immediately.

Another new product is a
line of in-line separators and piggable drips. The InnoPipe unit was
developed an innovative, cost-effective way to remove liquids from
natural gas streams. It can be used as a pipeline drip or slug catcher,
and offers an efficient and cost-effective alternative catcher, and
offers an efficient and cost-effective alternative to conventional well
stream separators. The separator takes advantage of annular separation
techniques to remove liquids from a gas stream. The distinct advantage
of annular separation is that only a relatively small secondary flow of
gas (5-10% of primary flow) is required to remove all of the free
liquid in a gas stream. This technique of separation allows InnoPipe to
approach efficiencies of much larger separators at a fraction of the
price.

OilPro also sells
TCI’s line of Incinerators. These incinerators are a radical take
off from conventional incineration techniques. The end result is the
same: Total Combustion of solution gases and H2S in gas
treating facilities. The method is new because the incinerator uses
innovative technology to make them more rugged, lower maintenance,
lower weight and more user-friendly than any incinerator made yet. The
unit uses no refractory liner yet exceeds government emissions
standards without air or electrical assistance. Needless to say, the
design is patented. Stock units have incineration capacities ranging
from 10,000 to 500,000 SCF/d with larger units available on a custom
order basis.
