Flare Knockouts by TKO

Total Knockout System for flares or incinerators, designed as one unit, integral & secondary contained

Features:

• Flare Knockout drum tested to 50 psig.

• 6”, 150 ANSI in and outlet

• Automatic blowcase to return knockout drum liquids to above ground storage tank or high pressure injection of liquids to flare or incinerator for cleaner burning and less smoke

• All components easily accessible for low cost maintenance

• Heated, insulated secondary containment suitable for semi-buried or above-ground use

• Easy above ground access when used below ground. 

• Excavation of 3 m wide x 2.4 m deep x 3.6 m long for below ground installation eliminating deep, unsafe installation
  integral catalytic heater with vent and rails for easy servicing

• Skid is suitable for pile mounting or in-ground installation with concrete sinkers top hatch is sealed and provides access via smaller hatch

• Internals of FKO built and prepared for internal coating if required

• dehydrator still column vapours

• solution gas off tank / tank farms

• casing gas

Capabilities:

• sending water or condensate to an incinerator (I.e. Total Combustion’s incinerator capable of incinerating liquids)

• sending liquids to tanks (manual or automated operation)
